Class of 2016 Student’s Celebrate their Final Day at St John’s!
It’s difficult to believe that only a short while ago St John’s farewelled our Senior class of 2016.
At St John’s the final day of school is very special for our graduates, including new and old traditions. ‘Honk for the Senior’ is one of the ‘old’ traditions where College families and local members of the community drive past the College and hit their car horns. It’s exciting to hear the cheers from our graduating class. The students also have the opportunity to say goodbye to our Primary School students at their final Chapel service, followed by a student guard of honour. The final part of the day includes a ceremony held in the Secondary Performing Arts Centre where the students their certificates, followed by the final guard of honour, created by Secondary students, teachers and parents.
