Domestic Student Enrolments
Students are enrolled at St John’s through an interview process with the Principal or the Head of Primary – Deputy Principal who will already have received and reviewed your Enrolment Application. Where applicable the Application will require academic reports to be attached which offer the Principal or the Head of Primary – Deputy Principal an insight into the academic and extra-curricular progress of your child.
Students are not required to sit an entry test.
St John’s main intake years are:
- Kindergarten – Little Saints Kindergarten
- Prep for Primary Schooling
- Year Seven for Middle and Senior Secondary
Increasingly, families planning to enter the College for secondary school are making application to enter Year 5 in preparation for a smooth transition into the Middle School at Year 7.
Some families wanting to take advantage of the Senior Pathways Program enter at Year 10 to get a head-start for Years 11 and 12.

International Student Enrolments – Direct Entry
International direct entry students are welcomed to St John’s. Please submit your application along with two translated academic reports, your passport details and details of your current visa.
When we receive your application our office will contact you to make a time for you to meet with our Principal and subject to a satisfactory interview an offer for placement we follow.
English level requirements for mainstream entry are –
All students must complete Level five for entry into Year Nine and above.
Students need to pass Level four for entry into Years Six, Seven and Eight
