Foundation Business Breakfast Series

31.8.2017

Thank you to Lynne Schinella who was our guest speaker at yesterday’s Foundation Business Breakfast. Lynne’s interactive session was about understanding different behavioral types so we can work more effectively together in the workplace.

This is based on a Ripe Behavioural Profiling System she developed in 2004, in which guests could find out whether their natural behavioral preference is Apple, Mango, Lime or Banana and how this affects the way they perform together in the workplace.

Lynne’s presentation gave our guests permission to be themselves while providing valuable tools to work more effectively with clients and team members, creating less stress and greater productivity. Take the quiz to find our your behavioural style: http://www.lynneschinella.com.au
