Saying goodbye to Nashan International School
On Wednesday 17 June we said ‘Farewell’ to our visiting Chinese students as it was their last day at St John’s. They thanked our College community and their homestay families by giving a heartfelt presentation involving traditional Chinese music and dance.
The girls and boys are in Years 4 and 5 at Nashan International School in Shenzhen, China but they have spent Term Two living in Australia and attending St John’s. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and learning about their culture and they have gained much by participating in an English immersion program at St John’s.
We look forward to welcoming another group of students from Shenzhen soon.
