Wigs 4 Kids
Over the September school holidays, St John’s Student Grace participated in the ‘Wigs 4 Kids’ campaign. In order to be a part of the campaign, Grace was required to cut at least 30cm of her pony tail. The hair was then sent to the Australian Alopecia Areata Foundation (AAAF).
Grace’s pony tail will go towards making wigs for children who are suffering from Leukaemia. Her parents explained that the Rite Journey, which Grace participated in at St John’s inspired her to do something that would mean helping someone else.
Well done Grace, we are very proud of you.
