Let’s Talk About… Rugby

St John’s new Head Coach Rugby, Lawrence Faifua, will join St John’s Sport and Specialised Activities Manager, Mr Anthony Hillier and the Sports Department Team at the upcoming Let’s Talk About… Rugby Information Night.
Rugby Union is offered as part of the TAS Sporting competition and this evening will focus on St John’s Rugby program, why students should get involved and the importance of strength and conditioning in Rugby.
Lawrence Faifua has a 30 year career in Rugby coaching and playing both in New Zealand and Australia and it is a privilege to welcome him to the College.
St John’s Sports Coordinator, Ms Emily Bass is also an accomplished Rugby Union player and will share her advice and experiences on the night.
Parents and students are welcome and encouraged to attend on Tuesday 30 November at 5.30pm in the Secondary Sports Centre classrooms. Aimed at Students (Boys) in Years 6-11 current and enrolling.
