Queensland Day Award Recipient Bryce Lyons

On Saturday 8 June, St John’s Anglican College Year 12 student Bryce Lyons was recognised and awarded the esteemed Queensland Day award by Annastacia Palaszczuk, Premier of Queensland, Milton Dick MP, Member for Oxley and Councillor Charles Struck, Forest Lake Ward.

Bryce was nominated for this award for his outstanding contribution to the College and the community through volunteering his time and technical expertise. Bryce last year completed over 700 hours with various organisations in voluntary work at different events, offering his AV technical, production and event management experience.

We look forward to hearing more or Bryce’s success after he graduates at the end of the year and becomes a St John’s Old Collegian.
