St John’s Anglican College together with BOP Industries, will be offering the Future Founders: Build Your Own Business afterschool program for Years 7-12 during Term Two and Three.
We have already seen the success of young entrepreneurs around the world such as Mark Zuckerburg (Facebook Founder) and Richard Branson (Virgin Founder) who both started their now billion-dollar businesses while teenagers still at school; and now we are seeing the rise of young entrepreneurs here in Australia. With Australian teenagers starting online ecommerce businesses, developing cutting edge products, and scaling up their small businesses, we are seeing students across the country earning thousands of dollars off the businesses they are running.
The Future Founders program aims to show students at St John’s Anglican College how they can start their own businesses whilst still in school. Run by the passionate team of young entrepreneurs at BOP Industries, this program will cover everything from coming up with your initial idea, to developing products, designing the branding and preparing your launch strategy throughout the term.
This fun and fast-paced 8 week program will cost $200 and held at the Secondary Campus Design Centre from 3.20pm – 4.30 pm. We invite parents to support this industry partnership and we cannot wait to see your child there! All DiGi Club members are also encouraged to register for this fantastic program.
