New Aquatic Centre 2025
St John’s Anglican College announced in July 2021 approval of concept and planning for a world-class Aquatic Centre with an Olympic swimming facility expected to be delivered in 2025.
The Aquatic Centre to be developed in two stage on St John’s Secondary Campus at Forest Lake, Brisbane will incorporate:
- outdoor 50-metre swimming pool with 10 lanes
- 800 seat grandstand
- strength and conditioning gymnasium
- Nine adjoining classrooms
- a Junior School indoor learn to swim pool.
This project will be one of a kind facility in the local area and will complete St John’s Sporting Centre of Excellence.
